Who am I?

My name is Rik De Busser. Some people will tell you I am a linguist, but I am still not certain if that really counts as a profession. I am an associate professor at the Graduate Institute of Linguistics at National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan. I am interested in various aspects of linguistic typology, of cognitive and functional linguistics, and in the Austronesian languages of Taiwan.
